The theme of this year's event is Connect and Create: The Collision of Media, emphasizing the collaborations that goes on across different industries.

Eric Mayville, Wondersauce
Eric Mayville is a founding partner and co-CEO at Wondersauce, where he is tasked with ensuring the company runs efficiently with an environment that spurs creativity, innovation and respect. Named one of Business Insider’s ‘Most Creative 30 Under 30’ in 2012, Mayville’s career began with digital firms Code & Theory, Razorfish, and AgencyNet. From motion design, front end development, visual design, creative strategy, and user experience design and planning, Eric developed the skills that would later translate into the core competencies that set Wondersauce apart in the marketplace. As a co-founder, his entrepreneurial spirit has been paramount to this fast-growing agency’s success. A graduate of Ohio University, Mayville is involved in the community and sits on the NoMAD Business Alliance to ensure that businesses and the community within the NoMAD district of Manhattan have the issues that they care about heard by city council and other members of local government. Eric also acts as the Chairman of the Ohio University School of Visual Communication Director’s Advisory Board.
Since launching Wondersauce in December of 2011, the company has scaled to over 100 employees in NYC, Columbus, and Los Angeles. Initially conceived as an agency focused on products and platforms for brands and startups, the agency has diversified into a modern advertising agency with a point of view that modern advertising consists of infrastructure + activation with a strong focused on efficient media buying. The company is rare in that it can create very technical product driven work for some of the largest companies in the world and balance that with campaign driven, media, and social activations. Their clients include Google, Carlson-Rezidor Hotel Group, Chick-fil-A, Brooks Running, and Scotts Miracle-Gro. In additional to working with Fortune 1000 brands, Wondersauce has launched over 20 startups including The Players Tribune, Greats, and Lively.

Kelsea Wiggins, Social Strategist + Podcast Co-Host + Woman in Digital
Blogging since the age of 13, Kelsea is the very definition of a digital native. Her passion for content creation is equally as strong as her passion for data and analytics.
Kelsea leads social media strategy and manages social communities for all of Cements active accounts. Prior to joining Cement, Kelsea served as a digital marketing strategist at the Shipyard. Along the way Kelsea has become a Linkedin expert and serial networker. Having taught webinars on Linkedin marketing for individuals and the companies they represent, and networked her way to every positions she's held, Kelsea has fielded every question possible about the topics.
Elijah Justice, Freelance Designer
Elijah Justice is a designer focused in branding, apparel design, and album art. His interest in design began while attending private schools in Akron, Ohio. Elijah graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ohio University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. He is currently a freelance designer and designs his own line of clothing. Recently, Elijah has completed work for New Balance, Grammy nominated musician PARTYNEXTDOOR, and more. Connecting and creating plays a vital role in Elijah’s mission of mixing hard work with passion to raise the bar in design.
